    Account and medication record
  • Users, when providing information about him/herself and their own medication records, shall provide genuine, accurate, and complete information while using the Service, and keep such information up-to-date at all times.
  • Any registered User to the Service may delete his/her account and withdraw from using the Service, at any time.
  • We may suspend or delete a User's account without giving prior notice to the User if the Company believes that the User is violating or has violated the Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to delete any account that has been inactive for a period of a year or more since its last activation, without any prior notice to the User.
  • User Responsibility
  • Users shall use this Service at his/her own risk, and shall bear all responsibility for actions carried out and their results upon this Service.
  • The use of this application is intended to help confirm medication adherence and does not promise successful eradication treatment or cure of the disease.
  • The application is not intended to enforce medication. Generally, in the occurrence of allergy or other side effects to medication, Medication should be discontinued at your own discretion and/or at the discretion of your doctor.
  • Exemption of Liability of Provider

    The Provider (Oita University Faculty of Medicine) shall not be responsible for any damages inflicted upon Users in relation to the use of the Service.
